The Association of Justices'
Clerks' and Civil Servants of the Judiciary Administration of the Grand
Duchy of Luxembourg a.s.b.l. was founded on February 20, 1973 and
aims to:
To this effect and as required by article 36 of the General Statute of Civil Servants, our professional association has been recognized as the official personnel representative by decree of December 19, 2000 by the Minister of Justice. As required by the above-mentioned point d), A.G.F.A.J. is represented by Mrs. Brigitte HAAN, vice-president of A.G.F.A.J., in the board of Association of the middle career of the sub-editor, named Association Générale des Cadres (shortened A.G.C.). The A.G.C. is directly associated with the Confédération Générale de la Fonction Publique (shortened C.G.F.P.) and is represented in its executive committee by two effective members. Since about ten years, A.G.F.A.J. is also a member of the European Union of Rechtspfleger (shortened E.U.R.) and keeps itself informed about European activities relating to our profession by attending to its annual general assembly organized in turn by one of the member countries of the European Union. A.G.F.A.J. is represented there by Raymonde Poncin-Scheuren, vice-president of the E.U.R.. If you want to support our association in defending your interests, become a member of A.G.F.A.J.. |
